Horrible customer service!
"Purchased ornaments in January. 2 came one did not. I called about it several times and was told it's coming each month. Today I was told May. They have my money mind you and when I bought it the store said it was available and not somehow that would come later. It was a special gift for my husband after losing his brother as they loved to fish. Not one single person gave a sincere apology. If I could give them a zero I would."
