"Beware of the return shipping fees! If you have to return an item because it doesn't meet your requirements you have you pay the return shipping. And they overpack the original box so UPS will charge you extra above and beyond what the package weighs for being "oversized". So be careful about ordering anything big, laptops, pcs, monitors, tvs, printers, ect... The return of a 24" monitor cost me over $60 because the box they put it in was so big!
Yep, the shipping weigh of 26.3 pounds whould have cost 45 bucks, but UPS added another 20 because y'all put it in a bigger box...."

"Awful! They took my order, the item showed "In Stock", they sent me 2 confirmation emails. When my order didn't show up after several days I got on their web site to check the status and found out they had cancelled my order without ever contacting me at all not even an email. When I called them to ask why, they said we are out of stock!!!"

Posted Aug-23-2011This widescreen monitor had a shipping weight of 23.6 lbs and the shipping carton was 25x17x13 inches. There was no shipping fee attached to the original purchase. The shipping fee to return this was set by UPS, not by B&H.
