"I recently purchased a set of battery packs for my AT&T phones and was extremely happy with the service and the prompt attention I received when I had an inquiry as to my status. These folks were obviously given great training for their positions because I found them understanding and their attitudes were quite positive and very respectful. I haven't received this great attention when working with other companies I have purchased items from. Great job AT&T and EMTC for your winning representatives. You folks ROCK and I will be back and I will refer my friends to you."
