"I placed several orders since 2011 and got them without any troubles. Often I use their catalog as a guide to check the availability and price of performance parts. But of course you should check all part numbers by the OEM catalogs. They carry a lot of small but great brands like Performance Distributors (Davis Unified Ignition), Strange Engineering, Ratech and so on

"I buy from RockAuto the last 3 years and have no troubles at all. Often I use their catalog as a guide to check the availability and price of aftermarket parts. But of course you should check all part numbers by the OEM catalogs and take into account what Timken, Federal-Mogul (Moog, Wagner), Bendix and another major brands now forward the Chinese s**t. Then be ready they do not collect you order but ship it by parts from the OEM stocks (bolt from Location A and nut from Location B)"

"I placed several orders in that store and each time they ship them with the 2-4 weeks delay by a regular mail instead of the express one I paid with no sorry or refund. You can get the tracking # from 'CS' only by luck. The last time they charged my card at $698 instead of $235. So their prices do not cover all troubles"

They carry quite narrow range of tools (but well priced) and do not sell Kent-Moore"

"07/18/2013 I placed an order at about $500 one week after called them about the status but heard something about next week
I asked to cancel the order but they said 'some items were specially ordered' so we can not
Then my card was charged by Network Tool Warehouse (ntxtools.com) instead of Coastal Tool Supply (etoolpros.com) - it looks they are just a false front of that folk
And they do not answer e-mails at all!
