Missing items From curbside pick up
"I ordered online for car side pick up . My husband picked up the order . One item was missing.That’s fine I realize it’s human error . I literally called the store FIVE times and every single time after I went through the automated system, it rang and rang and rang for about three minutes. And then it hangs up. I was so frustrated that I could not get a hold of anybody, and that store to answer the phone. That’s totally unacceptable. I even tried picking a different option for a different department and the same thing happened. This was not my error. I was charged for an item that was not picked up. I should not have to go down to the store to dispute this matter. My time is important. Just like everybody else’s. It’s completely unacceptable that no one answers the phone. being hung up on five times. Put me in a terrible mood.. I still have the same problem and nothing was resolved. Other than I paid $20+ dollars for something I did not receive."

Win10 LTSC - Great help
"I purchased a Win10 LTSC license and grabbed a Win10 LTSC ISO via a google search.
The license key didn't work, so I emailed support.
Within 2 emails and less than 20 minutes the problem was detected and resolved.
Turns out, I downloaded the wrong ISO file and support provided me the URL to the correct ISO file.
Great prices and great service, it's still possible in 2025."
