"I just recently ordered a custom sub box for my truck as well as 10" Harmony Subwoofers and when they arrived the custom sub box itself had a corner that was broken off as well as a subwoofer cover ring that was cracked. They refunded me $15 and couldn't even replace the cover ring. $15 off a $190 purchase... So kind"
