"I think columbiahouse has come along way. Their website is better and their customer service is better.
Recently they had a one day promotion for buy one get one free on bluray movies. I tried to order 6 movies but the buy one get one promotion wasnt showing up. I emailed them and they asked for the list of movies I wanted and they put my order through and honored the promotion.
You do have to respond every month to their directors selection. If you dont respond they'll send the movie out. It hasnt been a problem for me. They email me when my monthly director's selection is ready and I go to their website and accept or decline.
Their prices are pretty high, but they offer alot of discounts. You get the best deals when you buy 3 or more movies at one time. Columbiahouse has a pretty bad reputation but I've had no problems in the 5 years or so that I've been a member. I think recently they've come along way in trying to address the reasons for their bad reputation and so I do recommend them."

"I got alot of emails from z-buy keeping me informed as to the status of my order. I just ordered a fdd and it came with free fedex shipping, so the price was very good. I got my order one day earlier then they estimated so that was a pleasent surprise. Overall it all went great. I would buy from them again."

"I ordered a 500watt ps at the recommendation of someone who had bought the same product from akida. I was a little nervous as Yahoo stores generally have a bad rep, but they have a good rating here, so I went for it. They shipped it out promptly and it arrived quickly (I used the cheapest shipping) and I am now using the ps in my computer and running entirely to many devices then I should need and very happy about it =D

"I ordered a Sapphire Radeon 9500 128MB Vid card for a decent price. I get the notification saying they recieved my order, then I get another saying my order is Processing/Packing. Then I get a third saying they're sold out of my item, so I ask when they expect my order to be in stock and shipped. They reply that they're just going to cancel my order. I go back to their site and see that they've raised the price of the product by $26. I cant help but think they screwed me. Even if I have to pay more then their current higher price elsewhere I will, this site will never get any money from me now."

"I ordered two 17" Dell Trinitron monitors and a very good price. Shipping was $30 a piece, making it still a pretty decent deal. I used UPS Ground and it took 8 days, so that was as expected. Not expected, was just one monitor. I emailed their sales department and asked about the second. I got an email back the next morning saying they will look into it on Monday (Got the email Sat morning) So, I'm not to happy about that wait, but as long as it gets here shortly after monday I'll have no complaints.
*Edit* Well, they shipped out my second monitor via FedEx Ground. In total for my complete order it will have been (according to FedEx's estimated arrival date) 17 days (June 20-July 7). Everything other then them shipping only half my order initaily and then sending out the second half slowly was fine. I would hope that its a fluke and would give them another chance whenever I may want another monitor."
