Aside from the fact that they show items as in stock, only to tell you after that it will take weeks or months, their return policy is a lie.
I received an item that's different from what was shown on the website. They tell me it is the right item and that they already have a disclaimer saying that the image might be different.
When a customer reads "the image may differ from the actual product", they don't expect to receive a completely different and inferior sku of the product. They show both versions and I clicked on the polished (more expensive) version. It's a bait-and-switch.
Now despite their "no hassle return guarantee", they want me to ship the product at my cost plus refund them 20% of the cost of the original item that it allegedly cost them to ship the product to me. I am stuck going back and forth with the customer service to get my money back.
Any company that doesn't stand behind its service and hides behind disclaimers and misleading advertisement doesn't deserve anyone's business."

I ordered flowers for my wife to surprise her at work. I checked their delivery and make sure they deliver to businesses before 5pm. Their website still says same-day delivery to businesses would be delivered by 5pm.
5pm came and went and they were never delivered! I contacted the chat because my wife won't be at work until Monday. Three different people (I tried thrice) dismissed me saying they were delivered "today". Delivered where and to whom? The office closes at 5pm.
The last person said "someone was there to let the driver in and he left it at the reception desk".
What? You charged $20 just for delivery (on top of the cost of flowers) and you just left them at the reception afterhour? How do you know a cleaning person or security guard or anyone else won't just take them? How do you know they won't be thrown out?
You don't just show up at a business afterhours and just leave flowers there, hoping that they'll find their way to the recepient on their own!
When I asked about the 5pm delivery promise, I was rudely told they weren't responsible for delays and "we've delivered the order on the date required".
Terrible company that outright lies. Avoid at all cost."
