Great Service!
"Recently ordered a pair of UGG’s they arrived very quickly but, they were too small. Called costumer service about a five minute wait, not long at all. They said..”no problem” and they scanned and emailed me a return slip. This was very important as I was leaving the country in two days for six months. The customer service agent was very polite and helpful...thank u Avrom Shtern! I have been shopping with BTR for years and will continue to shop with them. Thank u BTR!"
