"The color of the dash cover was not quite what I expected based on the web page color. CARiD allowed me to order another one to see if the color fit any better with the option of returning either one. My only criticism is that I was promised an RMA no later than 8/3. It is now 8/9 with no RMA."

"I have made the mistake of purchasing 3 different pairs of prescription glasses over the last year. To start, the overall fit-finish of the glasses are way below average. However, this was a bit expected given the lower price paid. However, when the arm of one pair broke (not defect issue), I had no way of ordering just the arm. Both lenses of pair of prescription sunglasses started delaminating (anti-glare?) after 10 months with no visible scratches. When I called in for both issues, the ONLY recourse I had was to purchase brand new glasses. I did not expect any of this to be completely covered as it is for many name-brand glasses, but I at least expected some level of customer support post-warranty."
"Attempted to replace cellular blinds previously bought from American Blinds and destroyed by Hurricane Harvey only to find out they no longer carried the same brand. Best quote they could give me was over 40% higher than I paid just one year ago. Though I paid for samples to be shipped overnight, it still took 3 days to receive them (and I also live in the same city as they were being shipped from!). Because the color was the best fit for our decor, we went ahead and ordered over the phone. 5 days later I get an email indicating the manufacturer does not make them with the features selected with the length I had ordered. They offered to either sell me blinds without the sheer/tri-shade feature or could sell me one that was shorter (why would I order blackout shades that didn't cover the window???). I wasted two weeks of my time trying to work with their sales person. I've now placed an order with SelectBlinds.com with a scheduled manufacturing that is half as long as americanblinds.com. I will post a review of selectblinds.com once I receive the order."
