"Pretty much what every other bad reviewer has told you here holds true for my last experience with these guys. Placed one order in 2010 that went very well, but just placed an order in September of 2012 that NEVER got sent out. I missed an important deadline thanks to these guys. They do NOT answer the phone, getting them to even get back in touch with you is impossible. Now, I have been stonewalled on getting the refund they owe, which is well over $4,000. Same as the other guys here... my attorney is fixing to get involved and deal with whatever he needs to do to try and get this rectified. Do NOT buy anything from these guys. Damn shame too, they have great prices"
