"Called RealTruck on some Luverne steps. Ended up the brackets for one was unavailable and they credit me back right away. Within 24 hours, the representative got ahold of me to let me know she had that part in another warehouse that she could reorder and ship it to me. They were very attentative, quick shipping, and timely customer service to resolve order issues."
