Far too costly
"I pay too much. I pay $50 for the privilege of sending 4 unread messages and 2 unreturned voicemails to somebody who, allegedly, is in need of a home inspector. And HA doesn't care in the slightest that I've never even had the opportunity to sell my service, they just hit you with the "oh well.""
