Extreme delays and poor customer service - do not recommend

I spoke with customer service on December 17 and December 19 to understand the delay in my order. On December 17 they told me to wait for two days and assured me my item would arrive within two days. On December 19 I contacted customer service again to let them know my order had not arrived. They told me to wait again, and if I did not receive my order by Christmas Day that they would give me a full refund. I informed them that I would need to purchase something else from another supplier prior to Christmas. I requested to speak with a supervisor and they said they would transfer me and then the conversation dropped.
As a point of comparison, I ordered a calendar on Snapfish on December 13, 2020 using standard shipping. The order was delivered on December 17.
This was my first time using Shutterfly, and I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend ordering from Shutterfly. I have had good experiences with Snapfish in the past and would recommend ordering from them instead."
