Worst customer service
"The customer service (chat) agents are so rude. They have no clue how to talk with customers. Don't bother buying from ebags. I only bought it because they had a shaddy business of returning money (from a return they were not able to ship on time) via some form of credit / rewards. Then they took down their rewards system, which means there is a time clock ticking to use those rewards. The amount was significant for me to buy something from them. However, their online system does not allow you to use credits. I had to chat or call their support to use the credit. But first, I have to pay a full amount. Obviously, they didn't give me the credit back for the rewards in the time frame they mentioned. When contacted, they said it can take time and I can't track it. Without boring you with the full story, I'll just recommend you to not buy from them. Keep it simple."
