"Horrible products! Horrible customer service! First one lamp came the wrong model. I had to return it. They sent another one that came in a broken box and missing parts. Called again and because I called after the 30 days they refused to do anything about it. Completely inflexible!! Send the right stuss, and not broken items so people don't have to return them! I am not a home maker and I opening boxes is not a priority. You should have flexibility with customers especially when is your damned fault!"
"THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! For 3 weeks now I have been trying to make a return for some HORRIBLE quality barstools. I have been on the phone over 6 times and sent over 8 emails and I always get the same response "we will get back with you in 24 to 48 hours" They do everything possible to not return your money! The customer service people are useless! They never have an answer. All they do is send the same email over and over. SEND THE LABELS TO PLACE MY RETURN AND REFUND MY MONEY! This shady behavior of not adding the order number to the customers account is so we can not enter the return. SCAMMERS!"
