"Horrible buying experience, horrible company
I placed my order for a Sansik 512MB cruzer micro on october 28th and their shipping estimate for the product was december 4th thtough the 21st!
Completely unacceptable
What makes this worse is that theres a rebate on the item specifically for amazon that has a postmark deadline. If my shipment isnt till late december I cant make that deadline and amazon has basically cheated me out of a rebate
If that wasnt enough, amazon conceals their customer service phone number so no one can find it on their page
I guess they dont want people complaining to them about their bad service

"I was a bit reluctant to buy because of only 3 ratings but dove in anyway. I ordered a WinTV PVR-250.
I recieved some emails regarding status and then he card arrived NEXT DAY. Really really quick shipping (shipped from San Diego to Los Angeles)
They offered pretty much the best price on the card so I am quite pleased with the company"

"Packing was excellent with tons of peanuts and everything in its own little bag. There was a slipup with a missing rocker switch and a faulty connector but it was quickly solved by Mark who sent out the necesary parts next day air. I plan on doing business with Mark again."
