Horrible experience with Athenticwatches.com

Not authentic watches at all!

I purchased my Omega watch through this website, and it wasn’t a good experience.
The information and the picture that was shown weren’t complete and match with the description and the watch!
When I received my watch, it was absolutely shocking because first it wasn’t what I expected and second, it was defective, and the crown didn’t work and even came out too far.
Besides that, they have zero customer service.
They made me pay for my return shipping and deduct 10% stocking for the watch that I even didn’t open or use!
We took the watch to the Omega store to check its authenticity and performance, and the retailer told me this is a defective product and that they should have provided us with the correct information, because the website and picture didn’t mention anything about the battery-operated model (old model), and the picture of the bottom of the watch.
I also spoke with their manager and emphasized when people are paying a few thousand dollars for their purchase and shop with you, you need to check the item's accuracy and authenticity, and whether it is working properly or not and then ship it to the customer, but he rudely responded that this is not our responsibility instead of offering a good customer support.
Very upset about this company, and absolutely do not recommend even trying them once."
