Got delayed, still never received item
"I bought a grid wall for an event. The order ended up shipping from a different location and I was notified it’d most likely arrive after I needed it. It didn’t give me any option to cancel the order before it shipped. The legs came in last week but the main component still hasn’t, the tracking info says a label was created but never went anywhere."
