Customer service is non existent, they pawn anything they can on the next guy
"I purchased a isimple ishd651 from jet.com witch they purchased though hifisoundconnection.
My item stopped working and need to get warranted. I called jet twice and they did there job and contacted hifi to get my warranty started and for them to send a email to get it started. They told jet twice now that they would send me a email and they never sent ****!!
Ive called the manufacturer and they said they should help u cuz they r a athurized dealer. Hifi said you need to contact jet and its there job to help u. Well **** face, u sold the item and its your job to warranty the products u sell. So after getting the run around for a month, i give up. Ill eat the $120 dollars and will never purchase from jet.com, hifiisoundconnection.com and isimple for them requiring a email from hifi to warranty it through them. I never got one email from hifi and now and so frustrated about to drive the there wear house and punch the stupid **** that work there.
They will pay one way or another for the people they refuse to help. The **** “Hugo” that works there is useless!!!
Dont buy anything from this company unless u want to be **** over every way possible. If i could give them no star review, thats what they would get. They r non existent!!!"
