"I would never use them again. While preparing for our move from NJ to Pa my wife and I went online looking for nice furniture to be delivered after we moved in. We lost our possessions in a recent flood. We found nice sets online on a few websites that were all store fronts for the same company Atg Stores. Every set that we liked wasn't available for immediate shipment unless you stepped up to more expensive sets so we decided to spend a little more if it meant we would get the furniture sooner. We gave up on the website and called them personally and spoke with a sweet helpful sales agent. She went through set by set even offering her own suggestions until we found items that we liked and she confirmed immediate shipping dates. We completed our order for reclining couch/loveseat and counter height dining set for $2600-2700. That's where anything good about these companies/websites stopped. Here's the breakdown ordered furniture 12/18/2011, we moved on 12/21/2011, the furniture delivery date was 12/28/2011, then on 12/26/2011 the wife gets an email that furniture would not arrive or ship until 1/16/2012. That's not what we paid for and that's not what was quoted by their sales agent. So we immediately call them up and cancel the entire order. They cant fulfill the order as promised then cancel and refund my money,easy enough right? Not with ATG STORES, they claim due to holidays that we have to wait until after 1/3/2012 for their warehouse to confirm the order was canceled. These scams are what you get when you deal with middlemen websites that don't actually own anything they just dropship items. So there's no customer satisfaction since they could care less after they take the order. Any problems you may have later has to be dealt with directly to the warehouse or whatever freight company they use. I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of professional,honest customer service. And next move will be calling bank and filing charge back,then BBB and Consumer Affairs since they took money and couldn't fulfill their comminment and lack of immediate refund. To end on a good note we went to a local speedy store and ending up buying similar sets but better made furniture by Ashley and saved 600-700. Sometimes there is a blessing in disguise. This is why some people are reluctant to order through the internet, because of websites like

"I ordered a SLEEP INNOVATIONS NOVAFORM bed from COSTCO on 6/26/08, after waiting and waiting i find out the bed just got shipped 7/9/08 and not expected to be delivered until 7/15/08. And just think that the shipper is in my state in W.Long Branch NJ. At no time did anyone say the bed was backordered or anything else. The bed company Sleep Innovations still has not answered my email to their website. So i say Costco is lame and the bed company SLEEP INNOVATIONS sucks even more for the way these two companies handled this order. Companies just dont care about customer satisfaction anymore."
"I let my mother use my account to purchase from these people and what a mess it turned out to be. She paid for the order in full to them and told the customer rep if it could not be sent by exact date then cancel entire order. Well guess what? They sent 1-2 pieces at a time and charged her for shipping/handling on each order even though she already paid for the entire order. Thats what this company does, they never have your entire order in stock so they bill you for each piece then bang you more for s/h. She called so many times and complained since she didnt want my account screwed up and they basically told her nobody had permission to promise her a delivery date and nothing they can do about the s/h charges. Not to mention they tried sending her wrong items and charging her for them. I wrote to them and told them to shove the account up their as* and I will not pay them another cent. I will never purchase from these people again. Also check out ripoffreport.com check out their rating over there. All these customers cant be wrong. They are lucky it was my mother not me because i would be documenting everything and filing charges with BBB and Consumer Affairs and even Atty General in their state for their business practices. I'm sure theyre already on their list so i wont bother at this point."

"After i posted my opinion i got a phone call from NEWEGG (Jason Salinas). The guy was nice,he was concerned with my opinion and frustration because he didnt want it to happen to anyone else. To make sure i was happy he offered (not forced) to reimburse my shipping and also gave me a store credit for future purchase. Very good customer satisfaction. All he has to do is make sure the general customer service who read the emails in the morning respond to their customers. But at least he did and i appreciate it."

"I ordered a xfx 6800 vid card and when packaged arrived the box it came in is not what you find when you look on internet for that model number. I contacted them about their 2 day shipping that i was supposed to get. Placed order on the 22nd they didnt send it till the 25th then had to wait till monday 29th to get it.And i had to drive to the FEDEX building to get it since i do have a job and work during the day and they require you to show id when u pick up your package. I emailed them about shipping and they did reply but said since it fell over weekend it was FEDEX fault. Then i emailed them about the box not looking like the ones on the internet and came home checked email and got no reply. I have to say with an attitude like that they wont keep their customers. People appreciate and expect a reply when they have a question about their money or order. Thats the least a company can do is send a reply. I feel as though i got a generic package with no demo disks that come in other websites package and like i said the box was not a big X package like others.######just an update ,i have sent these prics at least 5 emails and i did not get even 1 reply since packaged arrived.##### thats what kind of company these guys are.**UPDATE** In repsonse to their reply on this site.... Do you people really believe that i would ignore them after i have been trying to contact them since August 22 ? Come on get real. I have finally received a reply from RMA dept and two from customer service but they dont acknowledge what you say in your email. The RMA keeps asking me why i want to return it (i answer) same as on this site for misleading advertising, and the customer service rep blames it on XFX for changing the package to a generic box. It took them untill 9/6/05 to reply to this site so that should tell you something. Just read some of the people's negative comments on here. Cant get answers,refunds,replies to their emails etc. So dont think that it's me. I had nothing against this company untill i saw how they respond. And then i had the chance to compare them to NEWEGG since they contacted me right away to find out why i was so upset. I just wont buy from these idiots anymore very simple. But i dont like it when they put false information up on a public website like this. They say they tried to have XFX even contact me . Yeah ok. WHERE AND WHEN ? they claim to have tried to contact me and Verizon can vouch that i have had the same number since i got a cell and my address was same in NJ for 11 years, so it proves they are totally misleading."

"Order arrived very quick,second time i ordered something and arrived promptly and securely wrapped but i dont like to see some of the comments that i see here. Looks like they're slipping a little which is a surprise. No excuse for the first 5 comments that i read. But i never had any problems."
