"Took 3 days to get order out, then did NOT send by 2-day delivery as promised. Will probably NOT buy from again. They used to be a pretty good companym but have over the last year or so become a REALLY BAD COMPANY!"

"Do NOT order from these clowns. I had to try (3) times to spend my money there and then they shipped the IN STOCK items on seperate days this company also owns TIGER DIRECT which does business the same way. Very hard to order from these people and the customer service people act as if you're wasting their time. Better off to go somewhere else."

"Claim to price match, but when the item is priced too low from a competitor, they claim the item is out of stock. I called back and was told the item was in stock. They price match what they want to price match. No big deal they just lost my business on this deal and the next few orders went to Newegg. Also, They have been selling nothing but junk for a long time now. I recently purchased a USB wireless adapter that windows is blocking from even using. I called TD and was told they no longer have it available. Apparently, I bought the last one. CS was no help (very unfriendly) and returning the item would have ended up costing more than I paid for. Not worth the hassle. From now on I shop Newegg."

"I placed an order with this company at the same time I placed an order with Meritline. The Meritline order showed up today (4/26/07) and I have heard nothing from Supermediastore. I sent an email on 4/25 which they did not respond to. I called in the middle of the day on 4/25 and got a recording stating to call back during business hours. Today, 4/26, I called and was on hold for 20-minutes before someone answered. I will probably order from meritline from now on."

"I have ordered from this company with no problems on several occasions, but will not order from them again. A friend in the video business ordered a DVD burner and has not been able to contact the company regarding the transaction and has been getting the run-around. They have not followed up like they said they would and will not answer the phone. I have tried to call them on the number listed on their "Customer Support" website and I always get a recording that will NOT allow me to leave a message. I have tried at several times during the day over several days. It is obvious that they don't want any phone calls. It was also mentioned by someone else in an earlier post and I was able to confirm that Meritline and CDRDVDRMeida are the same company!
If you check you ratings for Meritline you will see that they are worse that for CDRDVDRMEDIA.
It appears that they are getting very sloppy in their business practices and I will no longer be doing business with them. I checked the ratings of supermediastore.com and they're not much better. I also question the value of this site.
I'm wondering if a company can pay for their sites products to come up first, for example, if you do a search for "Ritek DVD-R" all you get is media available only from Meritline. Where are all the other companies that are listed on this site? There are plenty of stores that are listed on this site that sell Ritek DVD-r Media, but you only see prices from Meritline. Sounds funny to me."

"I have successfully sued Hotbuys Electronics in Small claims court after they committed fraud by selling me a camera other than what I ordered and not giving me a warranty card for the camera. Long story short the Nikon camera broke after a short time and Hotbuys would NOT provide a warranty card so I could get it repaired. I sued in Small claims court, won, and got to keep the camera. I am now going to seize bank accounts, etc. to get the money I am owed + 9% interest."
