"Huge mistake ordering from these clowns. After 3 weeks system has still not shipped and they said they didn't know when it would, so I canceled. Local company built the same system for me in 2 days."

"These guys are nothing more than spammers. I never buy from them and they send me spam stating I am signed up for their insider garbage. DO NOT BUY from these rip off artists unless you like having your email address sold and being spammed by them on a regular basis."

"Ordered something almost a week ago and it just shipped yesterday. Very SLOW shipping. I've ordered from them before and shipping was slow then too. Products are okay, but not quite the same quality as you would get from a wireless provider. If you're looking for cheap stuff and don't mind the long wait it's okay. I'd rather pay a little more and get a better quality item. I won't buy from them again."

"THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! NEVER got item. I called after several days of not being shipped. They replied that item was out of stock for 7 to 10 days. I emailed them back immediately and told them to cancel order. Just 3 hours later I received a bogus tracking number. How could they send something that 3 hours earlier they stated they wouldn't have for 10 days! CROOKS! Interestingly, today (nov30th) one day after posting this review, they sent me an email stating they refunded me for th item. Why would they refund an item they supposedly sent? Idiots, liars and thieves!"

"Have bought from them for many years. Lately, only about 1/3 of the cartridges work and prices have doubled. I can actually buy OEM cartridges on ebay for less and they of course, always work. They do have great photo paper, but my last return was dealt with by such horrible customer service that I will not buy from them again. As far as paper, I found the same quality paper and cheaper at another online reseller."

"This store just moved into town and I'm already tired of them. Bought an Xbox system that had to be returned 3 times in one week. I just ordered another item online. It showed 2 in stock. Today I get an email stating my order has been canceled.
I'm finished with these clowns. They'll never beat Best Buy with this type of service. Also noted that all of the responses to complaints on this site were just a bunch of excuses. No real results to anyone complaints. I won't go back to the store or shop online anymore."

"Worst experience ever. Ordered jacket online. All information says to return to store if necessary. Jacket was a joke and not at all like it was described or pictured on website. Store refused to give refund and said it had to be shipped at my expense to get my refund because the jacket actually came from a "vendor" and not a store. There was no information regarding this given to me at time of sale or any other time. In fact, just the opposite, telling me to return to store. They also charged my account 3 times for this so now I have a crap jacket I paid for 3 times and no refund. I'm filing small claims suit in morning. NEVER order from Kmart or Sears ONLINE! I will NEVER do business with either of these stores again. Also, Manager Jason Zeisst was extremely rude and obnoxious."

"Purchased a light kit from these guys last summer. It was made cheap as are all of the products they sell. When a part broke I called to get it replaced and was told the part is not available and I had to buy a whole new lamp. I called the manufacturer who sold me the part for $3. That's the kind of people they are."

"DO NOT USE PAYPAL TO BUY FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN EBAY!! Paypal will not refund your money after you are ripped off by these guys. I also have sent sevral emails that went unresponded and they NEVER answer their phones. FRAUD!
I Purchased 48 cartridges because they were cheaper in bulk. NONE of the cartridges works in my Epson R380 or R260 and this company is not responding to emails. Phone calls get only recordings. Avoid this company and you will avoid being ripped off."

"Finally learned my lesson and will stay away from now on. Very slow shipping and rude customer service. Have still not shipped this item though it was listed as "in stock". Most of their items end up as "back order". Probably a home-based business that carries no inventory. Just pay them and hope you get what you ordered is their motto!"

"In the past two days I have recieved SPAM from you at a NEW email address that I have NEVER used when purchasing from you. Obviously, you are using some illegal "SPYWARE" to track people and send them SPAM. It is illegal in the State of Missouri to send unsolicited Spam. Though I have opted out ever time, you continue to send spam. Under Missouri statutes, I am within my legal right to sue Meritline for such spam. Consider this your final warning before O file such a suit. I will also be posting this on the various resellerratings websites."
