"In Stock" doesn't mean it's really In Stock
"I specifically asked that my sizes be confirmed as "in stock", The chat lady assured me they were. Once I placed my order, there was too much similar to the company I'd just cancelled my order, for inability to ship, AirFiltersDirect.com. Even the order # was almost the same.
I then asked if this was same company, different name, which was confirmed, which also meant they did not have my filters available to ship and I promptly cancelled the order here too.
If your order doesn't ship as advertised, DON'T keep waiting, it won't be shipped "tomorrow"."

Order didn't ship, standard sizes "not in stock"
"I ordered 6 of three standard sizes; at order date, all were "in stock - ships within 3 days". Three days later, no shipping notice. I called on 4th day and was told it would ship the next day. It didn't. I called two days later, today, and was told 2 of the sizes are not in stock. I cancelled the order, based on other reviews I'd read, which were all thrilled, shipped right on time, and items were as they should be, or order wasn't shipped and kept waiting.
IF your order doesn't ship as represented, don't wait, and wait. CANCEL and purchase elsewhere. Lower price is only good if you can actually purchase the product."
