Horrible Customer Service! Use a different company!
"I ordered my cards on 11/29. It is now 5 days before Christmas and they are still in transit to the next facility....where that is....when I will get them....no one seems to know. Shutterfly will not provide any type of credit or reprint until after the holidays. These are CHRISTMAS CARDS! Sending them after the holidays is incredibly dumb. I will never use them again."
