"I was very happy with the prices that were offerred on the product that I was looking for. A Gefen Home Theater Scaler. Unfortunately, I needed it for an installation, and my PayPal payment did not go through. I received no call or information about it for several days until after I called them and emailed them several times. So, I missed my installation deadline. I re-ordered from them, because the price was still very good, and asked for 2-day shipping. I ordered on a Friday (July 4th) and expected the order to go out on Monday. Otherwise, why pay for 2-day shipping right? The order did not go out on Monday, but went out on Tuesday and showed up on Thursday. The packaging had clearly been opened before, but the product appeared in 'as new' condition. But, was not sold as an 'open box' product, or listed as such in any way. When I asked for my tracking/shipping information on Monday (July 7) I am happy to say they got it to me... today... July 29. This company is incredibly disorganized. They should not offer next day or second day shipping if they aren't fulfilling orders the same day. They need to learn how phones work and they need to increase their communications skills by a factor of 100. I am very disappointed with their service and will never shop with them again despite the very good price I did get on the product."
