"When they say "1-2 business days to ship", they mean it. It took the entire 2 business days to process my order. Other than that small hitch, the sale went well."

"Items were showing as in stock and ready to ship. Items were actually on a one-month back-order. You should probably call them to verify they have the items in stock and ready to ship. Whether the items are in stock or 2 months back-ordered, they WILL charge your credit card the minute you place the order.
I ordered 2 of each of the Asus A8V boards and AMD 64 3500+ 939 CPUs. As of this posting, the website still shows them in stock and ready to ship, even though BuyXG.com has informed me that the soonest they will get the CPU's in would be 8/31 (If they were lucky). But they honestly didnt think they would come in.
I'm working on getting my money back now. They sure can charge my card within one day, but the refund process is taking a bit longer."

"Other than a delay in shipping the product, and a delay waiting for the product to get back into stock, everything went well. :)
This is pretty much the only problems I have had. Normally I see 1 or 2 days to process my order.. Ajump takes around 3 or 4, if not more."

"Poor communication, in regards to ETA times and backordered items (which has been fixed). I tried to purchase a motherboard and CPU. No information on the order page or website stated that the motherboard was on back order until after I had placed my order. Because I was in a rush to get the motherboard, I had to cancel the order. The people on the phone were able to cancel it right then, and had no bad experience that way. The agent I talked to stated they they now show ETA's on their web site as well as if the item is in stock or not. The only bad dealing with this company has been the experience w/ the backordered/stocked item, and they resolved that issue now. They now feature ETA times as well as if the item is in stock or not. Their prices are very fair, and now that they have ETA's on their product page, this should never happen again.
I would suggest calling them at ***-***-**** after the order is placed, to verify stock, shipping date, or an ETA if needed."

"The only time I dont buy from Newegg, is if they dont sell the product, or ran out of it. Their shipping speed is GREAT, their prices are VERY fair, and other than not having the one item I needed, they are a 10 in my book. I will always use them for my purchases!
And when I don't buy from NewEgg.....I usually regret it. :(
Edit: 8/24/04: I have been using Newegg.com for over 2 years now. They have NEVER failed to deliver! They are, by far, the best seller on the internet!! Thanks Newegg!!"
