"Bought a replacement part through parts select, and they sent me a faulty part. I contacted customer service, and wanted all kinds of pics, info, etc after i requested a new part for the faulty one I recieved. My wife and I decided to purchase a new stove since part select couldn't help me out. They've been good in the past for quality parts, so I gave them 2 starts"
