"We ordered a replacement part for our lawn mower. Unfortunately the company doesn't ship to PO Boxes. So our order was cancelled and we resubmitted the order to come to our home address. We were then told our order was on backorder. Then we were asked if we wanted to wait for the back order item otherwise they would cancel the order. We sent back two or three responses to the company saying yes we want the item and we are okay to wait for the item. Then we receive an email saying that they cancelled the order because they haven't heard from us.
We don't understand why they had to keep asking if we still want our order. We never sent any messages stating that we will obtain our order elsewhere.
Disappointing and a 2 month delay in a non-critical mower part."

Hi Bruce, I apologize that you had issues with this transaction. I see you had two orders, one from 1/22 and the second from 3/5. I first wanted to ask -- who told you that we do not ship to PO Boxes? This is untrue, as we ship to PO Boxes every day. We cannot ship large equipment to PO Boxes as this exceeds the limits set by the USPS, but for parts it does not make a difference. For both orders, the hub cap that you ordered was on backorder. We are required to contact customers with the backorder information and to see if they want to continue with the order or have it canceled. For both orders, we had not received a response so your order is automatically flagged to be canceled if we haven't received a response within 10 days. I am sorry for the inconvenience but this is to keep items from getting ordered for customers who didn't wind up wanting/needing an item. If you'd like to order this item again, please replace the order using your PO Box as the delivery address and we would be more than happy to ship it there.
