"The final product was excellent. There was a typo on the order and they promptly responded, picked up and corrected the order with overnight shipping. They were very courteous and thorough with seeing through to the end; our satisfaction! They were also personable, when contacted you are reached out to by a person, who remains your contact, instead of the constant shuffle so many companies adhere to. The pens write awesome, no blotting or blotching! Our print is excellent. We were contact by the company because the color I selected to go with the script color(burgundy), would not have shown up appropriately, I was sent various suggested styles in the same type I initially wanted, but that came in colors that our print would show on. That was going above and beyond. When you purchase on line and you see what you see, you cannot visualize the vast array of colors and contrast that the final product COULD actually be. With this personalized "heads up" approach, it helped waylay any future issues."
