"Amazon used to be my favorite place to shop and I recommended them to everyone. Here lately the past few experiences have been bad. I have all these promotional credits that I got for selecting a certain type of shipping. I went to use them today and it charged my credit card instead. I tried a different movie thinking I had done something wrong and it drained the gift card I had on there. I cancelled both orders and contacted customer support to find out that I could only use it to purchase the movie planes. After telling the lady to just remove the credits because I have no use for that movie she told me she added 5.00 in credits to my account to be used on whatever I wanted. I tried to use them and again it drained my gift card. I am done with Amazon."
