"I received my order (once FedEx figured out there was a box to go with the tube). However, after opening the box I realized I didn't have the switch plates necessary to connect the tracks to the ceiling (or electric). Given I chatted on-line with Direct-Lighting's rep (and spoke on the phone), I made it clear that I had no idea what I needed to order and am NOT an electrician. At no time did the rep suggest I order the switch plates. I paid ~$22 for FedEx shipping of my 1st order, then when I ordered the 2 switch plates ($14.50 total) I was charged an additional $12.xx for FedEx. I believe if I had been given proper advice I could have avoided add'l shipping charges plus another week of waiting. I changed from 2 to 3 stars because I realize I am partly at fault here."

"as always, this order was received promptly (and this time delivered to my garage door, so I didn't have to carry it downstairs).
my one caveat about dealing with Reliable is the delivery charge, which was always high, but has gone up (while gas prices have gone down). if there were alternative methods of delivery it would make re-ordering less of an ordeal!"
