"I’ve had good and bad experiences with Eastbay over the years but most recently was really bad. I ordered on 8/17 and was told I’d receive my package in 5-6 days. My large order was shipped in 2 partial, for whatever reason. The first partial order with only a few items showed up right on time. The second, larger part of the order was shipped in reasonable time but after a few days I checked on it and it was held up by FedEx because Eastbay put too many labels on it. I reached out to Eastbay for help and they told me to deal with it, they literally did NOTHING, we they did was tell me to set up pick up where the items were held up, which happened to be over 200 miles away or if it shows back up at their place, they’ll give me a refund. I explained that I needed the basketball shoes for my son but they didn’t care. So, I reached out to FedEx and thought they were going to send it but for whatever reason they decided to send back to Eastbay. So, I reached out to Eastbay again yesterday for help and wanting them to send me what I ordered and paid for but all they said was that they’ll start an investigation that will take 8 days and that’s after they contact me in 24-48 hours. So, here I sit, they have my $, I have none of the merchandise I ordered and doesn’t seem like I am not getting it and they definitely do not care or want to help me correct th issue they created. I highly recommend Scheels or ****’s, they actually seem to care about the customer."
