Beyond horrible quality product and even worse customer service...
"I purchased a bridge style kitchen faucet from Vintage Tub & Bath on 2/5/23. It was installed by a licensed plumbing contractor with great difficulty. After several attempts to install the faucet, it kept leaking profusely. Finally, after using liberal amounts of plumber's grease and thread tape, the faucet stopped leaking. On 5/17/23, the faucet again began leaking profusely. I called the same plumbing contractor who came out to attempt to repair the faucet the next day, but was unable to repair the leak and informed me that the faucet is defective. On THREE separate occasions, I sent emails to the company customer support requesting a full refund for this defective product and be sent a prepaid shipping tag for return of defective product. I also requested to be fully reimbursed for the cost of installation by the plumbing contractor. To date, I have not received a single response from this company. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated by the poor quality of this product and the complete lack of customer service. The inconvenience it has caused my family in not having a functioning kitchen faucet and having to wash dishes in buckets until I could find another company to purchase a quality faucet was the cherry on top. Do not purchase anything from this disgrace of a organization."
