"Purchased a blanket for $5 back in Dec 2007, now in June 2008 I get hit for $69.99 charge, and then again in August 2008 for $79.99. I am disputing both of these charges with my credit card company as we speak, but from the looks of it I am not the first guy to get hit by these people...
Aren't there laws against this type of fraudulent charges, is anyone going to do something about these guys? or are they based out of some off-shore country that doesn't care about bank/credit fraud?"
"They sent the wrong product... I ordered a shield for my Motorola z6tv phone and they sent me a shield that only worked with the z6. After 15days of waiting for customer support to reply to my e-mails I finally got a response, and they resolved the issue by sending me the correct shield...

"I purchased 2- 1GB G.Skill SO-DIMM ram chips for my laptop on 1/30/07 for $85.99 a piece ($171.98 total)... then two days later (2/1/07) the price was $78.99 ($157.98 Total), a difference of $14 total.
I contacted Customer Support, and informed them of this, and even thou they said they didn't have a price match policy they refunded me the difference. :D
I've had nothing but great experiences shopping on NewEgg, and I will continue to do so thanks to FAST Shipping and GREAT customer service."
