"I have only had really positive experiences with ModCloth. I love their clothes, anything that you get will be entirely unique and lovely. One thing that I learned is to always read reviews, I don't buy anything without reading about what people have to say. Sometimes the quality of the product isn't what you're expecting but the look usually is; this is something to learn from their site reviews. I love everything that I have received! I've only had one problem concerning a credit charge that wasn't taken off in 5 days but it was during the holidays so I understand. I got on their chat feature of customer service and I received a response promptly. The longest that I've had to wait for an item is 4 days and that was also during the holidays. Love the customer service as well as the beautiful clothes!!!!!!!!!!! :)"
