"I paid extra shipping and the item didn't arrive within the designated shipping time. The item I received was not the item pictured, and it was totally defective. They only offer refund credits, not money back. And, you have to make an account on their site to review items-as if they don't want you to review their crap quality products. I will NEVER buy from them again."

"Although I've read some pretty terribly reviews of this place, my experience was very good. The item online was a 1" diameter Ritchey WCS Road Stem 120mm, on sale for $39.99 which is a hell of a deal. They shipped promptly and the item was in perfect condition, 1" shim included and all. I'll be careful of the promotions in future orders though, based on others' experiences."

"Really great service from these guys. I ordered a bike saddle(at 1/2 the price of ANYWHERE else!) and some locking skewers(at 2/3 the price of anywhere else!) and they shipped as quickly as expected, in first-rate condition. They have an excellent selection and prices that can't be beat. Really great merchant."

"THEY SCAM YOU. Their cameras are at a great price, really great. Then they tell you ALL ABOUT their packages. DON'T GET THEIR PACKAGES-they tell you they're throwing in a 'high-quality UV filter', and say that it is $50 retail, but when you get it for $20(oh, what a deal!) you see that it is actually a Merkury Optics plain old filter and a THREE-PACK online anywhere is only $14. I would warn everyone of this place and only ever buy a camera from here. You can't return only the filter because if they say they're giving you a deal it means 'SPADA', Special Packaging and Discounts Applied, and in that event you must return the entire package together according to 'Terms and Conditions', plus a huge restocking fee. Also shipping took EIGHT WEEKS from when I ordered, they kept saying it was 'out of stock; it will ship in 2-3 weeks'. They also said that they'd upgrade my shipping speed since I had to wait so long but that didn't happen either; it was shipped UPS ground which they charged me $20 for which is even more bs because shipping a one-pound camera over six days does NOT cost $20. BOYCOTT GOODGUYS PHOTO. Save yourself the trouble!"
