"I ordered a 512 MB RiData Compact Flash card from these guys and received the product shortly after. From my experience, it looks like these guys are legit - but I have never had to deal with their RMA department."

"i ordered a bunch of stuff from these monkeys. all of the stuff i ordered had quantity of (1) except for the fans (quad blue led) which i ordered (4) of. they shipped everything but included only ONE quad blue led fan in the box. they charged my card for all four fans and even on the invoice it says (4). i sent an email to them asking them to remedy the situation asap. if i do not hear back from them in 3 days i will simply tell my bank to contest the charges since they did not send me my complete order. needless to say i am quite upset.

"I came. I saw. I bought. Waited anxiously for two days clicking repeatedly on my order status which showed that I was at "Step 2 of 5". On the morning of the third day I was getting distressed that I was still only at step 2 of 5 when the doorbell rang. Lo and behold, my parts have arrived. I was grinning for the rest of that day. My only gripe with NewEgg is that they don't carry everything... I had to order stuff that they don't carry from other resellers (Techonweb, also a great reseller). I would definitely order from NewEgg again if they had a part I was interested in."

"I didn't actually decide to go with Outside Loop (I went with Newegg.com) but I wanted to mention something about the customer service that this company has. They were only one of two dozen companies that I emailed for a price quote that actually responded. They have real human customer service, and they are friendly and knowledgeable about their stuff. The person I talked with was Dave Jeffers, and because of the quality of his email responses, I will definitely consider Outside Loop for future purchases."

"Ordered windows xp pro (oem) from them for $135. They do not require that you buy any hardware to get the oem version. It arrived quickly and the product was just as advertised. No problems with ordering from this company. Might order from them if I had the balls to take a risk again. :-)"

"I ordered a Axis 2100 network camera. I searched for a low price and found these guys selling this for around $255. Emailed them asking if it was new or refurbished. Got quick response saying it is new. Ordered it from them. Everything went painlessly. Got the camera a few days later. Hooked it up and it worked out of the box. No problems at all. I would probably order from this company again if they had another product for which they had a low price that I cant find at newegg.com or elsewhere."

"I ordered a Samsung SyncMaster 210T from Techonweb for a little more than $1730 - after checking out this reseller's rating on this site, I decided to go ahead with them. The order went through without a problem. The item was backordered, but even so it arrived quickly. Set it up, it works just fine. Everything went as advertised. I would order from this company again without batting an eye.

I have ordered some more parts from these guys. After ordering, it turned out that one of these parts were backordered. Initially I told them that I would wait on the backorder. Then I changed my mind and wanted to go with a different part that was not backordered. They had no problems with this - they credited me for the backorderd item and charged me for the different part and now it is on its way. They did not even charge me any extra for shipping. These guys definitely provide top notch service and I get a warm and fuzzy feeling when I order from them."
