"They only sell one thing: the Donkey Boxx hard plastic pannier. Several reviews of this clever and very useful product can be found elsewhere on the web, so I will not start raving here.
I've ordered two Donkey Boxxs (es?) from them on two separate occasions. Both times, the product arrived within 36 hours via USPS! For someone who has cried himself to sleep over the trauma of dealing with UPS, this was a wonderful surprise.
Interestingly, I noticed the shipment actually arrived not from Donkey Boxx, which I believe is in California, but rather from a local distribution company located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. (I am in Minneapolis.) How cool is that?"

"They filled my on-line order quickly and accurately. Although my order qualified for free shipping because I ordered a special item, they still sent it via FedEx, which just makes my life much, much easier and is highly appreciated.
I did call the store at one point to ask a very specific question. Not only were they courteous and friendly, but they carefully investigated my question in order to give me the specific answer I was looking for.
The only very slight problem was that I did not receive a notification that my order had shipped until the day it was actually delivered, which meant I did not anticipate receiving anything and thus was not at home when the truck came by. Since they shipped via FedEx, I simply requested the package be left at a nearby branch open 24 hours and picked it up the next day, but it would have been better if I had received notification earlier.
That said, since the shipment was only from Des Moines to Minneapolis, maybe everything just happened too fast for Modern Bike to even realize FedEx had sent it out. (It was literally at my doorstep 36 hours from the time I placed the order.)
At any rate, I am very satisfied and will definitely shop here again."

"Fast and accurate. Thankfully, unlike Amazon and everywhere else, they let you choose your shipping method and carrier. I chose the cheapest, USPS priority, which cost me around five dollars. They shipped my package the same day I placed the order, and I had exactly what I wanted in my hands just 48 hours later! Granted Minneapolis is not far from Milwaukee, but still.
But this is not a review of how awesome USPS is. Ben's cycle has many very high quality, hard-to-find items at often very reasonable prices. My package arrived carefully packed and thus undamaged. Will definitely order from here next time I need anything. Thanks."

"Nearly every part on my current build was ordered through AEBike, spanning at least 5 different orders over the past 2 years. I've probably returned 5-10 parts over this period as well. They've always been just awesome to work with.
Basically I would say they have great service, reasonable prices, and really knowledgeable people who always answer the phone in person. Once, I needed an unlisted dimension of a part taken and they were happy to take this measurement for me quickly and accurately.
The last time I called, I was going to return a part distributed through QBP in Minnesota. The staff member told me I may want to consider going to my local bike shop (also in Minnesota), because they could probably have it to me faster than AEBike. This honesty (plus the fact that prices are still often lower at AEBike than a special order from my bike shop) really make me a loyal customer.
Sure, you'll want to go to your LBS for repairs, special orders of rare parts, complete bicycles and custom jobs, expertise and advice, etc., but when you know what you're doing and just want the parts, AEBike is definitely your place."
