"The best customer service I've ever seen, bar none. You get no less than 3 emails the day you place your order; "thanks for your order" "your order is processing" and "your order has shipped." Got to love that!
I ordered two, 6-foot HDMI cables and some RCA cables. They sent me the 3-foot HDMI cables instead. I emailed them to let them know about the error and to ask how we would go about fixing this. I.E. send them back their cables or whatever.
I got a reply within a few HOURS. They apologized for the mistake, told me to KEEP the wrong cables AND sent out the correct cables that same day. I was so shocked at this super-high level of service that I had to tell a few friends at work. You just don't see CS this good anymore.
Next time I need cables, it's not even a question who will get my money; Monoprice all the way!"

I received an email within 24 hours after placing my order informing me that an item was out of stock, and asking me what I wanted to do. I chose to wait a week to see if the item came in. After a week, they emailed me again to say it didn't come in. I asked that they cancel that item but ship the rest of the order, which they did that very day. The item was very well packed and the invoice placed in the box. Quite pleased with Directron.com."
"Good price vs. competitors, fair price for shipping. Customer service was responsive; less than 48 hours for a response to an email. Order arrived in one piece, decently packed. However, it took them eight (8) days to ship my order and all I bought was an MP3 player...not a whole pallet of goods. In this day and age, not shipping for more than a week is not acceptable in my book. The vast majority of etailers ship within 2-4 days. So, if you buy from Buydig.com, you'll get what you paid for, but you'll wait for it."

Add them to the growing list of etailers that advertise something as being in stock, when in fact they don't actually have the item.
I placed an order, got confirmation that yes, all the items were in stock and my order would be processed immediately. My credit card was charged.
72 hours later, I get an email informing me that item XYZ is not in stock...sorry. "Here's your $5 coupon for your inconvenience." Not only was it out of stock, but it took them THREE days to let me know!
I'm not rich, but you can keep your $5! I'd rather go to the mall and overpay by $20 and actually HAVE the perfume rather than wait 3 days to find out that I've been played for a fool. My fiancee was expecting this as a gift. Now I've got to find this stuff elsewhere. Thanks a lot, Fragrancenet.com!
That said, they DID email me to let me know that my item wasn't available, and my credit card would be credited, which it was. Hooray for bots.

OK, WTF is that supposed to mean? Which one? So I check their website and it's the antenna.
Over the next 3 days, I get the same email. Again, at least they kept me in the loop, but if I wouldn't have researched, I'd not have known which item.
Finally, I emailed them and said "just send me the tuner and scratch the order for the antenna."
Bought the antenna at Best Buy. Got the tuner, great packaging and works great.
BOTTOM LINE: I'd order from them again...just now I'm aware how screwy their automated system is."
