"Ordered Thermaltake Armor Super Tower Aluminum case. Ordered 3/9 received 3/18. Had minor damage to the box (could have been due to shipping), but the case is well protected so no damage done. Also, my address is a PO Box, and they don't ship to them, but they called and emailed me and quickly resolved the issue. 7 days to NY is not bad, and I was pleased with the way they delt with the PO Box issue."

"These guys are great! They called me because UPS doesn't ship to PO Box, so they had to get my home address. At the time, I didn't have it on file with my credit card, but somehow they were still able to verify my address. I would trust rima.com with any of my computer needs."

"Ordered 100 Ritek G04 part# 102-243-100, got Ritek G05 part #102-243-050. Didn't find this out until almost done with 1st pack of 50. These guys suck. STAY AWAY!!!!
Edit 3/18/05:
Great support tho, willing to exchange for store credit. It seems that they will go the extra mile to fix a problem. However, I'm still kind of annoyed. The G05's produced about 15 coasters w/ NEC 3520A, where the TYG02's I purchased elswhere have produced none. I guess I should have taken the store credit."
