"Ordered Adobe Photoshop CS4 and had a great experience. I specifically needed CS4 because I alreadh owned a CS5 upgrade that I couldn't use because I found out on trying to install it that the software I was trying to upgrade was counterfeit. Baseline sent me real, registratable software that Adobe had no trouble accepting. Baseline was the 3rd vendor in a 6 week ordeal to find the software. One vendor sent me the wrong software (a CS4 design package that wouldn't allow upgrade of the Photoshop by itself), one sent me counterfit software. If I'd gone to Baseline first it wouldn't have taken me 6 weeks to sort out.
Because of my other two bad experiences (three if you count the initial counterfeit software that I'd purchased and tried to upgrade) I was nervous when Baseline's Photoshop CS4 arrived. It was in an unsealed container. On loading it said the language was "English (International)." Thought, okay, this is going to be your 3rd counterfeit. Couldn't have been more wrong. Adobe instantly accepted the license number for the CS4 installation and my CS5 upgrade. So 6 weeks later I now have a working Photoshop on my computer. If I'd gone to Baseline first I would have save a lot of time and discussions with my credit card company getting refunds. Thanks Baseline. You sent me just what you said you would (who would have thought that wasn't the usual exprience of people buying software). I will use you again."
