"I bought a pre-owned Thinkpad T61 Laptop for <$150 and my expectations weren't very high but they have a good return policy so I took a chance. It was shipped quickly and looks 100% brand new. There's absolutely no signs of previous use. It might be "luck of the draw" but I'm happy with my first purchase from Cowboom."

"Totally corrupt retailer. They sell product they don't have and fail to provide customer support. They violate Amazon's seller marketplace rules. There are plenty of ethical resellers that provide top notch customer support. This reseller is far from being one of them."

"WD is absolutely the worst online experience I've ever had. My order has been "in processing" for nearly a month and there's been no communication. The reps are totally clueless. Avoid WD and buy from a reputable dealer!!"

"I just got done rating some resellers very low. I thought I better balance it by rating my recent experiences with Amazon which are very positive. Amazon is very reliable, has excellent customer service and all things being equal I love doing business with them. Every now and then they have some killer deals which makes things exciting. However Amazon does seem to have more then there fair share of pricing mistakes. My only gripe with Amazon is the inability to filetr out all the third parties and search only from product sold by Amazon. That can make searching and sorting very frustrating."

"I ordered a product over a week ago that was clearly indicated as in stock when my order was placed. I never rec'd any communication that there was a problem until I contacted them a week later after awaiting shipment. They told me they never really had stock and were awaiting another shipment and that they could ship on 6/6. I told them to ship it 6/6 and notify me with a tracking number. They never did. Today I called to cancel and they said my order just shipped. However the tracking number isn't in the FedEx system. Did they lie just to prevent the cancelleation????? I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they are finally shipping my order. We'll see. Meanwhile they charged my credit card at the time I placed the order. I'd stay clear of this reseller. They don't seem to know how to run a business and their inventory management system is total chaos."

"Avoid this incompetent reseller!!! My order's been stuck for over 1 wk and I get the runaround via email and they don't answer their live support line. I can't recall a worse etailer I've ever dealt with. Maybe they don't know how to process orders placed with Google Checkout even though they advertise this feature. Buyer beware!!!!"
