Cheap shipping, no min., huge selection - what's not to like!!!
"Nothing frustrates me more then trying to order a few inexpensive electronic components and getting screwed on ultra expensive UPS shipping or having to place a min. order.
None of this is the case with Mouser. They offer economy shipping and there's no min. order threshold. Their selection is huge and order processing was fast.
My only complaint is that it's difficult to search and narrow down the choices. Having a paper catalog might be a lot easier."

"Terrible merchandise quality. Brand new Merino wool socks smelled like they were soaked in Diesel. Had to throw them away they stunk so bad.
Poor reseller for pushing this tainted merchandise."

"Terrible for buyers for the following reasons:
1. There's virtually no buyer protection from swappa for deadbeat sellers. Swappa tells buyers to deal with Paypal, but Paypal's protections are minimal if deadbeat sellers have no funds.
2. Unlike Ebay and Amazon, there is no meaningful seller feedback. Swappa's own seller feedback system is nearly meaningless.
3. The return policy is terrible. It's all at the discretion of the sellers.
4. Swappa has absolutely no clout with sellers when it comes to maintaining ethical selling standards.
As a buyer, I'd avoid this site like the plague. Ebay and Amazon has 100X the buyer protections and clout to maintain high standards for the sellers. I can't think of a single reason why a buyer would shop at this site."

"I'm pretty happy with Kimco and I'll shop there again.
+ They offer low cost USPS shipping options on small parts. (vs ultra expensive/uncompetitive UPS!!)
+ Prices were competitive
+ Communication was good
- My only complaint is the $25 min. order threshold and they don't offer the option to up the order to $25 if you're close to $25. (other suppliers offer this)"

"I'm very happy with this vendor. Prices were excellent and they could fulfill my entire order without a backorder.
The best part is that shipping for a lightweight/small order was very reasonable. I wish more online vendors would understand that small items can ship fairly inexpensively.
These guys get it!!"

"Order was processed smoothly and delivery was prompt but be very careful when ordering from Tower.
In one of the checkout screens they automatically enroll you in a subscription service scheme. You have to catch it and manually opt out!!
This is a very unethical business practice IMHO. They should give you the option to opt in only.
My advice is to be very careful and read every line when placing an order."

"I love this supplier:
1. Wide breadth of parts offerings from many different manufacturers.
2. Excellent web site, diagrams, discussions and even videos
3. No minimum orders
4. The best part is they ship small parts at an affordable shipping rate vs ultra expensive UPS!!
This will be my go to parts supplier from now on."

"I had to return some shoes that didn't fit. They issued an RMA and UPS tag and the shoes were rec'd back to them but after 10 days I still haven't been refunded.
I had to file a credit card chargeback.
Avoid this corrupt reseller!!
Edit on 1/14/13: After nearly a month they sent these shoes back to me claiming they were dirty and worn. I have high res images to prove this is totally false. I wish I could post them here.
This retailer uses a bait and switch tactic to defraud the consumer. (ie they offer a good return policy but don't honor the policy and then lie about the reasons)
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! I'm not the only one that's been defrauded."

"Terrible website, index is almost totally unusable, almost impossible to search for the simplest of items. (I tried to search for a "1.25mm drill bit" and "0-80 tap" and it was an exercise in futility and total waste of time).
Shipping is very fast and efficient though.
If it weren't for the unusable website layout and poor search engine they might be a good supplier. I hope they improve. They should at least have a full online catalog that's accessible which would make it easier to find specific things!!
McMaster and MSC are soooo much easier to search for specific items!!"

They don't stock what they sell. Besides that they charge your credit card for backorders that never arrive.
When you elevate the issue to their customer service they fail to follow through.

And they say they won't charge you until it ships!!!
