"My Outlook email started being unable to sync with my email provider after using for a year. Nothing I tried fixed it. I contacted your company since you are the ones I bought it from. I started a chat with Daniel. He was able to diagnose the problem and correct the issues I was having. It now works. Daniel was excellent.
