Total incompetence!
"On January 1st I received an email from Joe's New Balance Outlet that my order had been received and would ship within 3 business days. On January 11th I called their customer service in search of my order. After a lengthy wait, was informed the order hadn't been filled or shipped and they could not say when or if it would. I requested the order be cancelled and only after a lengthy argument the customer service rep allegedly emailed his supervisors, requesting the MIA order be cancelled. No order, no information, poor customer service! Soon to never do business with Joe's New Balance Outlet. David S Mazzaferro"
