Poor business practices
"I needed to return an item and instead received a gift card for the amount equal to the product, $46. I had no need of any of their other products so bought as item so as not to lose my money. The shipping on the purchase which I used the gift card on was $12, almost 25% of the 'refund'. Do not purchase from this site unless you are absolutely sure you will not need to return. They will exchange items but will not refund. You will lose a large part of your refund on shipping. Terrible business practice! Will never shop here again."
