"I really love the website and 24 hours customer service. I also think that Plus membership is a good way to save on shipping, I wish all my products were Plus eligible. My only problem is packaging of the items. Most of resellers can't afford checking every single item before re-shipping. 2 out of 12 items always have broken/missing barcode and whatever is packaged often has cracked/ripped packaging. I do not have time to return those few items, so i just use them myself or gift to my friends since the product is still awesome, just not for resellers. I wish they paid just a little extra attention to merchandise that is being shipped to resellers."
