"I've seen MacMall/PCMall catalogs a few times before, even gone to their website a fews times.
This is my first, and LAST order with them. I ordered two IP35Pro motherboards from them on a great deal. Well, they sent me the lower end version (IP35). I called up, and they said that it was a mistake in their ordering system, and they won't have the IP35 Pro's in stock for over two weeks. They pushed for me to keep the regular IP35's, lying that they are basically the same motherboard (WRONG!!!).
You have to call up their "tech-support" phone number (1-***-***-****) and leave a voice message for someone to call you back, which never happens.
I finally yelled at a guy at their regular number, and he spent 10 minutes trying to hook me up with a guy that can help me. SHESH....then, that guy put me on hold! I spent 45 MINUTES!!!! on the phone waiting for an RMA. They asked if I wanted to pay for the shipping back, or wait for a UPS label. Uh...let me think.....its your mistake, YOU pay for the shipper back!
Anyways, after 3 days of frustration, I'm going back to my other online retailers that are easy to deal with if a mistake happens (newegg.com for one!)"
