"These guys will treat you right! I placed an order about a week and a half ago for a DS lite case and when it didn't come with a piece I thought it was supposed to I was upset! Sent them an email and they got right back to me. They made it right, even though the mistake was mine! Customer service is outstanding. They are my handheld parts supplier from now on. Thanks guys!"

"Newegg goes WAY beyond what's expected of ANY business. They have great prices, they ship very fast, pack their shipping boxes very well, and customer service.... I'll just say that if ALL business had the customer service that Newegg has, there would be world peace! I ordered the wrong type of RAM for my PC and asked them if I can return it. They helped me out in such a fantstic way! Their solution to my screw-up just absolutely blew me away! I will NEVER buy any PC product from ANYONE but Newegg. Even if I can drive down the road 5 minutes and get it locally. Newegg is on a level of total satisfaction all by themselves! It must be lonely at the top, as nobody comes even CLOSE to Newegg!
